Simply use the swab to take a nasal sample by inserting the cotton tip in the nasal cavity. Mix with the solution provided in a test tube and put three drops of this solution into the test cassette. The solution will rise to the control line in a few seconds and only if a second line appears have you received a positive result. No second line means a negative result.
