BONJELA TEETHING GEL 15G

Bonjela is a clear gel, applied to the inside of the mouth or gums to give pain relief from teething, mouth ulcers and sore gums. It contains choline salicylate, a painkiller and anti-inflammatory to soothe the sore area and cetalkonium chloride, which kills bacteria and helps prevent infection. 

Do not exceed the recommended dose, or salicylate poisoning may occur.

For children over 4 months, use half a centimetre of gel, or a pea-sized amount and massage into the gums not more than every 3 hours and 6 doses per day.

For adults, massage in 1cm of gel onto the sore area, every 3 hours. Can be used for irritation due to orthodontic devices or braces, by rubbing onto the sore area and dentures sores, leaving at least 30 minutes before re-inserting the dentures.

Do not take this product with aspirin or other salicylate containing products. Do not take this medicine if you are taking medicine for blood clots or gout.
