It can be taken

Alongside antibiotics (just not at the same time of day as the antibiotics, and take 4 daily, continuing for two weeks after the course is finished.)

By babies, toddlers, children and adults. Adults usual dose is 1-2 capsules once or twice daily. Children under 12 take half the adult dose.

When travelling. Starting one week before travel at the regular dose, while travelling increase to 4 daily, and continue for 1 week after travel.

When pregnant. However, please consult your doctor before beginning a new supplement.
